This ten hour workshop offers business acumen training to entrepreneurs ready to take their businesses to the next level. 

 

The workshop provides an overview of the following:

1. Creating a social media plan

2. Setting up company email

3. Setting up company phone

4. Setting up banking, accounting, methods of payment and paying vendors

5. Creating company training materials/documentation

6. How to properly train staff

7. Creating a website

8. Understanding legal business forms

9. Fundamentals of bookkeeping/accounting

10. Fundamentals of licensing, insurance and bonding

Entrepreneurial Development 202

Building upon the foundational concepts introduced in Entrepreneurial Development 102, this workshop delves into advanced topics to further refine participants' skills and hands on business plan development.
